SER National is a private nonprofit corporation that helps Hispanics and other underserved people achieve economic freedom and self-sufficiency through employment, education and empowerment.
In short, we cultivate America's most valuable resource: its people.
We do that by supporting and providing oversight to a network of outstanding affiliate agencies that offer effective, culturally-competent, inspiring educational and workforce development programs in the neighborhoods in which they're needed most.
