In communities all across the country and in Puerto Rico, SER National’s affiliates are working tirelessly on the front line, preparing people – especially those from the growing Latino population and other underserved minorities – to meet the needs of the 21st Century employer. Each of these locally-owned affiliates understands the unique issues and challenges facing their community, and they work closely with SER National to find effective solutions.

SER National currently oversees a network of outstanding community-based organizations in more than 200 cities in 16 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. Within this extensive network, SER serves over 1.2 million people each year.
