McAllen SER IRRA
IRRA’s goal is to offer individuals academic opportunities, social self help programs and career guided programs in the Lower Rio Grande Valley that eventually will lead them to join the workforce and be highly educated professionals. The program serves school age children and youths, college age adults, and older Americans. IRRA designs its services to be fast, accessible, and useful to a wide range of challenged and disadvantaged individuals, including those who have not succeeded in traditional schools, underachievers, those in need of tutoring and school dropouts.
