SER Rhode Island serves three low income populations with the following programs: the Senior Community Service Employment Program, which is provided statewide; Welfare to Work, which is also statewide and encompasses job placement and work experience for TANF recipients; and employment services for youth, which is provided in Pawtucket and Central Falls.
